Internal Fraud is very dangerous for Telco. I suggest to talk and discuss the following:

Internal Fraud Overview:

 

 

What is it?
Where does it exist?
Why does it exist?
How do we identify it?
How do we investigate?
How do we control and monitor it?
What damage does it do?
How can we deter it?

 

 

 

2.

Other Employee Fraud Areas:

 

 

Switch Fraud (HLR): change profile customer, add services, add numbers…etc.
IT: changing tariff plans, manipulating charged calls, TAP files…etc.
Procurement and Logistics: ignore the qualified vendors, SIM differences in Billing System and inventory.
