The GRAPA Masterclasses provide students with a 2-day extensive and focused review of the key issues associated with the areas being taught. On the first day of the program, students will review the prerequisite knowledge required to understand and master the main subject. (For example, a person taking the 2-day Interconnect Masterclass will spend the first day learning about network topology, CDR strategy, SS7, Routing tables and CDR management). On the second day, the student will be trained in the more advanced areas highlighted.

Masterclasses allow students the opportunity to gain focused training that could only be attained through more extensive 5-day certification classes in the past.

Participants will be awarded a certificate of participation in the course.

Anyone taking a Masterclass, and successfully completing the tests, can apply credit towards TFA or TFO certification at a later date.
