GRAPA's Telco Vice Certification Training is a 5-day certification and workshop event designed to provide candidates with a new, innovative, and comprehensive approach to the professional practice of combating fraud in telecoms organizations as defined by the proposed GRAPA fraud standards, governance model, methodologies and framework. The Telco Vice Quickstart is a rapid overview of some of the essential foundational skills and knowledge required by those wanting to call themselves true telecoms fraud professionals, as well as those who eventually want to master more complex and complicated fraud topics at a later date. Attendees will not only learn to apply industry standard methods for the prevention and detection of frauds across the telecom, they will gain detailed knowledge of vulnerabilities in telecoms networks, the SS7/signaling network, theft of service (voice, IP/Data, GPRS/3G), as well as exposures in the billing and BSS environment.
