 GRAPA's Telco Vice Certification Training is a 5-day certification and workshop event designed to provide candidates with a new, innovative, and comprehensive approach to the professional practice of combating fraud in telecoms organizations as defined by the proposed GRAPA fraud standards, governance model, methodologies and framework. GRAPA's approach is exploit-library-driven, grounding fraud professionals in real-world risks and exposures.

This high level overview will spell out GRAPA’s global industry standards for telecoms fraud, as well as the KPIs and Governance Model implemented by successful fraud teams around the world. Executives and Managers will learn how to gain real clarity about how frauds can be prevented/detected with confidence and integrity, and ensure they are getting real and significant value from their fraud teams and their investment in the fraud function.

 The Telco Vice Quickstart is a rapid overview of some of the essential foundational skills and knowledge required by those wanting to call themselves true telecoms fraud professionals, as well as those who eventually want to master more complex and complicated fraud topics at a later date. Attendees will not only learn to apply industry standard methods for the prevention and detection of frauds across the telecom, they will gain detailed knowledge of vulnerabilities in telecoms networks, the SS7/signaling network, theft of service (voice, IP/Data, GPRS/3G), as well as exposures in the billing and BSS environment.
